Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ProofCall, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Description of Service
ProofCall is a trusted-contact verification app that helps you request proof from people you trust during suspicious calls. It can send proof requests, show challenge phrases, record verification outcomes, and help manage trusted relationships.
Safety Boundaries
ProofCall is not an emergency service, call blocker, caller ID app, voice-analysis service, call recorder, fraud guarantee, or replacement for your own judgment. If a call feels dangerous, urgent, coercive, or suspicious, end the call and contact the person or relevant authority through another trusted channel.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and device. You must provide accurate information, only add trusted people with appropriate permission, and use proof requests for legitimate verification purposes.
Subscriptions And Purchases
ProofCall may offer free and paid plans, including monthly, yearly, or lifetime options. Paid purchases are billed through Apple's App Store and managed under Apple's purchase and subscription rules. Prices and availability may vary by region.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse ProofCall, including attempting to access other users' accounts, harassing trusted contacts with requests, reverse engineering the app, interfering with infrastructure, or using the app for unlawful activity.
Intellectual Property
ProofCall, including its design, code, branding, and related materials, is owned by ProofCall and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written permission.
Disclaimers
ProofCall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that ProofCall will detect, prevent, or resolve every scam, impersonation attempt, spoofed call, or fraudulent request.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProofCall and its developers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to ProofCall shall not exceed the amount you paid for ProofCall in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ProofCall shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
